• A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal,
• The exact location (URL) of the content,
• Your name and email (except for reports of child sexual offences),
• A statement of good faith as to the accuracy of the information.

Each notice is acknowledged without undue delay. The decision and reasoning are sent electronically. We inform you of the available means of redress.

Consumers may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). For DSA matters you can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body designated by the Polish Digital Services Coordinator.
