Standard times are check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. You receive details after confirmation — self check-in at a flexible time is often possible by arrangement.

Choose an apartment, dates, and guest count, then send a request. We check availability and reply with confirmation and next steps — no automatic charge when you submit the form.
How and when do I pay?+
Payment terms are shared after confirmation — usually a deposit or full payment before arrival. Accepted methods are agreed individually at confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Rules depend on dates and apartment — we state them clearly in your confirmation. If plans change, write as early as possible and we will try to find a solution.
Do you issue invoices?+
Yes — we can issue a VAT invoice for individuals and companies. Provide billing details when booking or in your message to us.
Is parking available?+
It depends on location — some apartments include garage or on-site parking; others use the nearest public car park. We note this in the listing and confirmation.
Can I bring a pet?+
Pet policies vary by apartment. Message us before booking — we will suggest pet-friendly stays and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi included?+

How do I get from Gdańsk airport?+
From Lech Wałęsa Airport to the centre you can take a taxi, Uber/Bolt, or bus. Old Town is usually 20–35 minutes depending on traffic. We are happy to suggest the best option for your apartment.
What if I need help during my stay?+
We are available by email and phone during support hours — urgent issues during a stay are prioritised. Contact details are in your pre-arrival materials.
What are the house rules?+
We respect neighbours — parties and smoking are not allowed in apartments. Full house rules are sent before check-in.
