Terms of service for the StayHere website and the short-term rental of apartments operated by P&S Apartamenty Gdańsk. Acceptance of these terms is a condition of the contract.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, „Seller” and „Service Provider” shall mean P&S Apartamenty Gdańsk Svitlana Okunievich, ul. Długie Ogrody 18B/60, 80-765 Gdańsk, Polska, NIP 5833504112, REGON 528077608.

Operator — P&S Apartamenty Gdańsk, the rental provider.
Guest — individual or company making a booking.
Apartment — the unit listed in the service.
Booking — the short-term rental contract for a defined period.
The rental contract is concluded once payment is confirmed (or for "pay at hotel" bookings, when the booking is confirmed by email). The Operator may decline a booking in justified cases (e.g. suspected fraud, no availability).
Prices are in PLN and include VAT. Payments are processed by the secure gateways Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (Tpay) — the set of available methods may vary by country and order currency. We currently accept: BLIK, Przelewy24, Card, Revolut Pay, Klarna. A VAT invoice is issued on request, after providing a NIP in the booking form. The full payment deadline depends on the booking variant (instant book / hold) and is communicated during checkout.
Standard check-in: 16:00. Standard check-out: 11:00. Early check-in / late check-out are available as paid add-ons subject to availability. The door code is sent by email 24 hours before arrival.
Apartments are intended exclusively for the booked number of guests. Quiet hours: 22:00–7:00. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (1000 PLN penalty). Pets are allowed only when announced in the booking form and may incur a cleaning surcharge.
Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay under the Polish Civil Code. In specific cases the Operator may take a pre-authorisation deposit — amount and refund conditions are communicated before confirmation.
The cancellation policy (flexible / moderate / strict) is shown on each listing. To cancel, contact the Operator (piotr@okuniewicz.eu). Date changes are subject to availability and may trigger a price recalculation.
Complaints are filed at piotr@okuniewicz.eu within 14 days of the end of the stay. The Operator has 14 days to respond. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are not redeemable for cash. Promo codes are subject to the conditions stated at issue (minimum nights, apartment scope, usage limits). They do not combine with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Polish law applies. The competent court for consumer disputes is the court determined by Polish law; for other disputes — the court at the Operator's seat. The Polish Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means apply to matters not regulated here.
