How does check-in work?

We send detailed self check-in instructions a day before arrival, including the access code, building entry tips, and parking. You can check in from 16:00; if you arrive earlier, message us and we'll see what we can do.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that we charge for the first night; longer cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. Get in touch if your plans change — we always try to help.

Is there a security deposit?

A small refundable deposit may be pre-authorised on the card during your stay. The amount and any deductions are clearly shown in your booking confirmation email.

What's included in the apartment?

Fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, and a small welcome kit. Full amenity list is shown above the booking form.
